Alnico Pot Magnet With Good Temperature Resistance

Of all magnetic materials, Alnico has the best temperature coefficient of magnetic induction, so its magnet performance decreases only slightly as the magnet warms up.

However, when the temperature rises too high, the materials that make up the Alnico pot magnet become loose. As different materials have different coefficients of expansion, it should be caution when using at temperatures above 200°C.

Uses of Alnico Pot Magnet

Due to the stable magnetic properties and excellent heat resistance of Alnico pot magnets, this type of magnet is perfectly suited for press-fit applications, including clamping, tooling/jigs and general clamping.
