Samarium Cobalt magnets (SmCo) are classified according to their composition as SmCo5 and Sm2Co17. The high cost of the material limits the development of SmCo. SmCo magnets, as rare earth permanent magnets, have a high magnetic energy product (14-28 MGOe), reliable coercivity and good temperature characteristics. Compared to NdFeB magnets, Samarium Cobalt magnets are more suitable for working in high-temperature environments.
SmCo magnets are also known as samarium cobalt magnets, samarium cobalt magnets, samarium cobalt permanent magnets, samarium cobalt strong magnets, rare earth cobalt permanent magnets, etc. It is a magnetic material made of samarium, cobalt and other metal rare earth materials by proportioning, melting into an alloy, crushing, pressing and sintering, with a high magnetic energy product and very low-temperature coefficient, the maximum working temperature can reach 350℃, the negative temperature is not limited, at working temperature above 180℃, its maximum magnetic energy product and temperature stability and chemical stability are more than NdFeB permanent magnet material. It has strong corrosion and oxidation resistance; so it is widely used in aerospace, national defence, microwave devices, communication, medical equipment, instruments, meters, magnetic transmission devices, sensors, magnetic processors, motors, magnetic cranes, etc.
Batching → smelting and ingot making → powder making → pressing → sintering and tempering → magnetic testing → grinding → pinning and cutting → finished product
round, round ring, square, square bar, tile, and special shapes can be processed according to the requirements.
